Kagoshima’s sub-tropical climate is ideal for lush growth of teas and the prefecture is famous for Sencha, one of the most popular teas in Japan. The Deep steamed variation of Sencha lends the tea a richer flavor and a deeper green color than other Sencha teas.

  • 3-4 times based on taste. Increase brew time by 30 seconds for each steeping.
