sourced from the Anxie region in Fujian province in China, renowned for Oolong teas. This tea is named after the Chinese Goddess of Mercy, Guan Yin. Legend has it that poets and philosophers would tout this beautiful emerald, green colored tea for its purifying taste and meditative calm that would be enjoyed while drinking the tea. The dry leaf unfurls as it brews uncovering its complexity and superior processing technique.

  • 2-3 times based on taste. Increase brew time by 30 seconds - 1 minute for each steeping.
