sourced from Fujian province in China, renowned for Oolong teas. Often referred to as “Orchid Oolong” or “Jade Oolong” and only grown in high mountainous regions as suggested by its name which means “Frozen Summit”. It’s one of the most popular Oolong teas in China and highly revered in Taiwan as well. The dry leaf is a dark emerald, green color, tightly rolled with a few visible leaf stems.

  • 2-3 times based on taste. Increase brew time by 30 seconds - 1 minute for each steeping.

    The below brewing guide should be adjusted to suit your personal tastes and preferences. We recommend rinsing this tea for the best taste. You can do this by pouring water over the leaves at the above temperature and then discarding that water after a few seconds.
