You have the right to return any tea accessory within 14 days after receipt of the order. Tea accessory returns should be in their original condition and packaging.
Since they are food items, packaged teas and loose leaf tea cannot be returned. But please let us know if you are dissatisfied with your tea purchase and we will ensure that you are satisfied.

Cancellation
In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@mypekoe.com no later than 4 hours after you have placed your order. We will always try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a successful cancellation once this period has elapsed, especially if the items have been packaged and the delivery from our partner or team has been arranged.
