Shipping Costs, Terms & Conditions
We offer the following shipping terms:
Our courier, IQ Fulfillment may not deliver to some remote areas of the UAE, in this case Emirates Post services will be used. As all parcels need to be signed for, we ask you to provide a physical home or office address and NOT a Post Office Box. Therefore, please have deliveries sent to a workplace or residence where someone is available to receive and sign for the item.

All applicable fees, taxes and duties will be included in your payment at the time of processing your order.
Dispatch and Delivery
All orders are fulfilled by SII RESTAURANTS, PEKOE FINE FOODS TRADING LLC and shipped from Dubai, UAE.
We use IQ Fulfillment or DHL Express courier service worldwide for all international shipments. When ordered before 5pm, Monday – Saturday, in most cases the products will be delivered as per the shipping chart mentioned above based on your country of delivery. Orders are not processed on Sundays.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guidance and commence once the order has been picked by the delivery provider. SII RESTAURANTS LLC, PEKOE FINE FOODS TRADING LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
