Saffron Rose Masala Chai

Our signature blend of Masala chai with Golden Tips Assam tea, our premium Saffron and Rose petals. You can brew this tea like any other and add milk and sugar to taste. Our recommended brewing guide for Masala Chai is to bring 1 1⁄2 cups of water to boil with 3-5 g of Masala Chai. Allow the tea to simmer. Feel free to increase the intensity of flavors by adding a few or all of the following spices to taste: Cardamom, Black Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Fennel, Star Anise, Nutmeg. Ginger makes a great addition as well. Add sugar or another sweetener to taste. Bring the tea to rapid boil and then add 1⁄2 cup full fat milk. Let the tea simmer until you get a rich deep color or the desired consistency. Sieve into a cup – the higher the pour of the tea into the cup, the more the aeration that you will enjoy.
